The CADCAM - Computer-aided design and manufacture

The programming of the machines is made with the CAD CAM (computer-aided design and manufacture). Two types of programming are at your disposal:
The two-dimensional (flat cutting-out) since 1989
For which we have 3 types of software: Autocad, ActCut and FlowCut.
It enables:
- Retrieval of files such as DWG or DXF types ;
- Design made from plans on paper ;
- Digitization ;
- Scanning.
Thanks to the high-performance modules of design, imbrication and programming, the Act Cut software helps us to optimize the material as well as the trajectories.
The 3D (pieces of volumes) since 1997
The programming is made with the software of Tebis with which we work on files of IGES types.
We also have the possibility to retrieve files from the software of CATIA with the help of an interface.
- Creation of medium equipments ;
- Definition of the trajectories with simulated collisions.
